Mike and Sally Harris will present scenes from Cuba as seen during two pre-pandemic trips in January and March 2020. Part travelogue, part photography exhibition, they will take you through colorful towns and remote villages where they traveled with Cuban photographer-guides.
Over the past decade, the Harrises have traveled extensively in our country and abroad, photographing different cultures, interacting with the people they encounter and exploring where they live.
In April 2019, Mike & Sally presented Picture This: a Decade Behind the Lens at the Bendheim Gallery. They have also participated in Art to the Avenue, exhibited at the Cos Cob Library, the Greenwich Botanical Center and the YWCA. They have made presentations to local organizations such as Rotary, the Retired Men’s Association, and New Canaan Library. They are members of the Stamford Photography Club, The Ground Glass, and the Greenwich Art Society. Sally is a member of the GAC board of directors and Mike has been an advisor for the GAC for many years.
While this event is Free, participants are encouraged to become members of the Greenwich Arts Council: Become a Member Now
